Segue a solucao de um problema que tive a algum tempo atras, trabalhar com multiplos DataKeys dentro de um mesmo DataGrid.
C# GridView.DataKeys[Index1].Values[Index2]
VB.NET GridView.DataKeys(Index1).Values(Index2)
